Invitations are already being sent out however, you may apply to be a vendor in the event by visiting The Promenade by filling out the application under the "Entry" tab.  The deadline for applications is September 10th, 2014 @ 11:59 PM SLT.  All acceptance letters will be sent out no later than September 14th, 2014.  There is a limited space available for vendors.  As stated on the home page, only 62 vendors will be accepted this quarter.  Four will be sponsors, four highlighted designers, 52 standard vendor spots, and 2 direct sales stores that will also comply within the theme of this quarter's gacha event.  Rules do apply.
